SONGS OF POWER

   Most Songs of Power affect all within hearing radius, which is
directly related to the power of the song.  A few songs are directed
toward a particular end, and as such, do not affect everything.  All
songs require that that benefactors be able to hear the music.

   Bards normally purchase their songs in a Multipower.  The songs
have certain common limitations:

   Incantation (-1/2)
     The song must be sung audibly.

   Requires bardic skill roll (-1/2)
     Bardic skill (PRE 3/2) is required for all bard songs.  A few
     songs have versions anyone can learn, but these cost more CP.

   Must be able to hear the song (-1/2)
     Song won't affect deaf persons; it also won't work in a Silence
     field, or if it is drowned out by loud noise.
