Chant

   This song clears the mind, enabling full concentration to the task at
hand for all friends within 2".  This has the effect of adding +1 to all
skill rolls, including combat.  The benefactors must be able to actually
hear the chant; if they are deaf, or otherwise cannot hear, this song
as not effect.
